The Premier Shield is back
We are delighted to announce the return of the prestigious Premier Shield this season. Back for 2019/2020 this historic county cup competition is an elite tournament for the highest placed clubs in Wiltshire.
Wiltshire FA, CEO, Oliver Selfe said “It is great to have the Premier Shield back on the Wiltshire County FA Cups schedule; we are looking forward to an exciting competition and I am pleased to announce that we have secured sponsorship for this cup. I am delighted to welcome on board local design and project management agency, Ndoe Design Ltd, and I would like to thank them for their financial contribution, it is great support for football in Wiltshire.”
Ndoe Design Ltd are a local design & build company offering a turnkey package for commercial, domestic and retail projects. Their work includes concept design, planning & workplace consultancy, project management and build, fit-out and refurbishment. The team at Ndoe pride themselves on capturing their client’s imagination by offering creativity, efficiency and wellbeing which allows them to develop perfect spaces within a workplace or social meeting place.

Wiltshire FA is a not-for-profit organisation which re-invests all funds back into grassroots football. Ndoe Design Ltd is sponsoring the Premier Shield in the Wiltshire County FA Cups competition which will run between September 2019 and April 2020.

It has a positive impact on people’s lives by creating opportunities to be healthy and active and by helping to boost self-esteem and confidence. As well as these health benefits it also offers people the opportunity to develop life skills such as teamwork, leadership and respect.
The sponsorship money we secure allows us to strengthen our impact in Wiltshire and develop more opportunities for people to get involved in football and experience these benefits.

Confirmed to play in the Premier Shield competition is Swindon Supermarine FC, Melksham Town FC, Amesbury Town FC, Westbury United, Highworth Town FC, Bradford Town, Salisbury FC, Chippenham Town FC, Royal Wootton Bassett Town and including Wiltshire’s highest placed club, Swindon Town FC with the Quarter Finals due to take place in early December.
Wiltshire FA, Leagues and Competitions Officer, Jack Sullivan said, “The Premier Shield is a fantastic competition and it’s all to play for this year. Although Swindon Town FC is the most successful team in the competitions history, with 27 wins, the current holders of the Shield are Swindon Supermarine FC. We are looking forward to some gripping matches.”
