UPDATE - Due to COVID-19 , we are postponing the Welfare Event in partnership with Swindon Safeguarding Board, scheduled for Monday 20^th April. We hope to rearrange it when football is back up and running.

We are working with the MASH and LADO teams at Swindon Local Safeguarding Board to deliver a bespoke Welfare Officer CPD event.

This event will give Welfare Officers the opportunity to enhance their current knowledge and to understand the referral process, and the impact within a multi-agency environment. The CPD event is designed to support the fantastic work Welfare Officers already do within their clubs, as we see the role often being heavily involved in cases and reporting concerns to the county, which then leads to a MASH/LADO referral.

This event is open to all and is mandatory for North Wilts Youth and Minor League Welfare Officers. This event is in partnership with Swindon Safeguarding Board and will concentrate on their processes.
