Wiltshire FA is looking for an enthusiastic member of our coaches community to join the team and take up the role of Wiltshire FA's Disability Football Champion.
About the Role:
The Wiltshire FA Disability Football Champion will be responsible for aiding in the development and growth of disability football in Wiltshire.
The Champion will work with around 5 clubs across the county to deliver football coaching for pan-disability sessions, for children aged 12-16. They will be responsible for creating relevant sessions for each club and delivering these sessions alongside club volunteers.
The intention is that each club will receive 10 hours of coaching from the Wiltshire FA Disability Football Champion, that they will be able to use when they see fit. It will be up to the Champion and the club to schedule when the coaching sessions take place. After the 10 hours have been used, the clubs will look to take over the sessions themselves.
The Wiltshire FA Disability Football Champion will also be the port-of-call for club volunteers who require support with coaching queries for coaching disability football. They will be responsible for providing guidance to club volunteers, who may be new to coaching disabled players and require assistance.

The application process for this position will involve a short interview along with an evaluated coaching session. You will be expected to plan and deliver a half-an-hour session for a pan-disability team.
