Vacancy - Club Development Lead

Wiltshire FA is welcoming applications for our exciting new role of Club Development Lead.

Job Title: Club Development Lead 
Salary: Up to £28,000
Working hours: 35 hours per week, some evening and weekend working is required.
Contract type: Full-Time position, fixed term until June 2028, with possibility of extension.
Location: Hybrid working including County FA Office (Green Lane Playing Fields, Green Lane, Devizes, SN10 5EP), homeworking and additional travel to other locations or overnight stays.

The role

Wiltshire FA is looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring Club Development Lead to join our team. It is an exciting time to join Wiltshire FA, having recently launched our new strategy for grassroots football in the county

The Club Development Lead will be at the forefront of supporting our club network, identifying key development opportunities and creating positive relationships with club officials.   

The Club Development Lead will work within the Development Team and work closely with both internal and external colleagues. This position offers the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team, committed to making a real difference in the grassroots game.
