The Easter trail

The trail will take you around our site as you find the answers and complete the activities. Complete the trail and collect your Easter egg at the end.

When will the Easter Trail take place?

Do I need to pre-book?

No – just turn up on the day and have fun.

What is the entry fee?

Entry for the Easter Trail costs £3 per person.

How to take part?

Call in at the kiosk or ring the bell at the front door. Your entry fee includes a pencil, trail sheet and a chocolate egg on completion*. Full instructions for the trail are on the trail sheet.

How long will the trail take?

There are 12 activity stations with questions. The time will depend on the age of the child.

The site

The trail is step-free. The trail will take you over some grassed areas which may be uneven and soft, and may not be suitable for some wheelchairs or mobility scooters. 

Welly boots are recommended as some parts of the field are soggy.

Please stay off the grass pitches and respect our site rules which can be viewed below.

Is there an age limit?

Anyone aged 14 or under can take part. There is no lower age limit, but young children will need help and anyone 12 years and under will need supervision. Children age 13+ can be on the site with adult supervision but we must have parent consent.

Are there refreshments?

Yes. Our kiosk will be open from 11.00am to 4.00pm when the site is open.

Water bottles can be filled up for free.
